ABOBRINHA RECHEADA COM FRANGO
2 porções
Ingrediente
•1 abobrinha grande
Para o molho
•1 colher (sopa) de azeite de oliva
•½ cebola roxa picada
•1 folha de louro
•1 colher de extrato de tomate
•4 tomates italianos sem pele e sem semente ou 1 lata de tomates pelados
•300g de peito de frango
Para a finalização
•1 colher (chá) de salsinha picada
•2 fatias de queijo muçarela sem lactose picado
Você vai precisar de
•1 panela para cozinhar no vapor
•1 panela média
•1 refratário pequeno
1• Corte a abobrinha ao meio, retire as sementes e cozinhe no vapor por 3 minutos. Reserve.
2• Para o molho, coloque o azeite em uma panela média e refogue a cebola roxa.
3• Acrescente o louro e, em seguida, o extrato de tomate e os tomates italianos picados.
4• Adicione o peito de frango picado.
5• Acerte o tempero e deixe cozinhar.
6• Desfie o frango com um garfo.
7• Para a montagem, coloque o frango desfiado com o molho de tomate nas metades da abobrinha (quantidade suficiente para preencher o miolo de onde foram retiradas as sementes).
8• Acrescente uma fatia de queijo e leve ao forno em um refratário pequeno até que derreta.
9• Na hora de servir, salpique salsinha picada.

Reaching Charlie’s we entered the front door and sat in a booth near the window. A beautiful young American Chinese girl came,smiled and said hello to Elise and gave us menus and asked if we wanted drinks in the meantime.
"No thanks Lin just a pot of Jasmine tea for us please." Lin went back to the kitchen area. “No booze for me today as I will have to work in the bar so it is just tea for me.”
Not in a drinking mood either, I agreed with her."
