MAIONESE DE ABACATE



Aprenda a fazer uma maionese super diferente e com um ingrediente inusitado: o abacate. Esta maionese é bem levinha, não leva tanto óleo como muitas outras (e sim azeite), e é perfeita para acompanhar pães, torradas, saladas e lanches.

Ingredientes

•1 abacate maduro médio levemente amassado (Cerca de 400g);

•½ xícara (de chá) de salsinha picada;

•2 colheres (de sopa) de mostarda;

•2 colheres (de sopa) de suco de limão;

•Sal a gosto;

•1 dente de alho sem o miolo (opcional);

•Aproximadamente ½ xícara (de chá) de azeite de oliva.


Modo de preparo

Em um liquidificador, coloque o abacate, a salsinha picada, a mostarda, o suco de limão, tempere com sal a gosto e se gostar acrescente um dente de alho sem o miolo. Bata e adicione cerca de ½ xícara de azeite aos poucos até obter uma textura de maionese. Caso necessário, auxilie com a colher. Se quiser, adicione mais temperos de sua preferência. Está pronto.

Dicas

1-Recomendo consumir esta maionese no mesmo dia que fizer, pois ela vai escurecendo. Se for servir para poucas pessoas, diminua a quantidade. Mas você pode guardar por até 1 dia, pois o abacate geralmente escurece e fica com a textura um pouco estranha.

2-No lugar do liquidificador você pode usar um mixer.

3-No lugar da salsinha você pode colocar cebolinha, coentro, manjericão…

4-Se seu liquidificador não for potente e estiver difícil de bater, coloque uma parte do azeite antes para ajudar a bater, ou um pouquinho de água.

5-Se preferir, use vinagre no lugar do limão.
